The Women's Leadership Alliance group is designed to bring together women from diverse backgrounds and professions to build relationships, share knowledge, and support each other in our personal and professional lives. Women of all ages and career stages can benefit from joining a women's networking group, whether you're looking to expand your professional network, gain new skills, or connect with like-minded individuals.
At MeetUp meetings, members can engage in various activities such as sharing experiences, exchanging ideas, offering advice, and providing support. These meetings will take various forms, including workshops, seminars, panel discussions, and social events.

Redefining Success Workshop/Conversation - 30 mins (cameras on)
·OnlineOnlineWhat is your definition of success? Join me for a 30-minute interactive session where we'll explore how we can move away from hustle culture and scarcity thinking to embrace an abundance mindset rooted in alignment, fulfillment, and enoughness.
During the Redefining Success workshop, your facilitator Shaké will:
• Lead a guided reflection on inherited definitions of success
• Share insights on how scarcity mindset shapes ambition and burnout
• Facilitate exercises to help you craft your personal definition of success
• Encourage discussion and connection among participantsBring something to write with and on (pen & paper, tablet, computer), and come ready for a reflective, energizing conversation about what success can look like when it's defined by meaning rather than "more."
