### About Chen Style Hunyuan Taijiquan

Chen Style Hunyuan Taijiquan is a modern, integrated expression of Chen family Taijiquan (太极拳) developed by Feng Zhiqiang (冯志强). It draws from traditional Chen Style Taijiquan (陈氏太极拳), classical Daoist internal cultivation, and Xinyiliuhequan (心意六合拳) principles. Rooted in the Chen Village tradition and refined through Feng Zhiqiang’s study under Chen Fake (陈发科) and Hu Yaozhen (胡耀贞), Hunyuan Taijiquan emphasizes whole-body coordination, internal alignment, and the integration of body, breath, and intent.
Training combines Taijiquan forms, qigong, silk-reeling mechanics, and partner work, supporting both martial understanding and long-term health, balance, and functional movement.
