Tonight's Meetup is cancelled because of the Toronto Hydro service outages which started mid-morning today and have continued since then.
I will announce the next scheduled Meetup of this group shortly.

This meetup is a virtual group site clinic. The hosts are experienced WordPress designers, developers and consultants. Meeting attendees are encouraged to contribute to the help on an issue or address a challenge someone in the Meetup is facing. This is collaborative—we help each other succeed.

We're making some improvements in the way we handle requests.

The key one for requesting assistance is to come to the session with the following details of your site in hand:

1. the URL or link to your site and the login as the site's administrator
2. the host for the login for the hosting account
3. the site's theme name and designer/developer's URL
4. the names of any plugins relevant to the request
5. the date of your most recent backup of the site

Important — backup your site

The hosts and attendees are not responsible for any breaks that may occur during the process of attempting to fix your site at the meeting or afterwards. The hosts strongly recommend that you have a backup of your site in case something unexpected happens.

The Grain version of the session makes it easy to find the part that a given attendee's request was addressed. In other words, you can review and make notes of the part of the session in which your questions were answered.
