About us

Have you been needing extra support in your self expression? Do you feel stuck sometimes in how to say things or what you’re really feeling? Yoga dance can be an amazing way for you to loosen up your energy and connect with it in a safe way. As your guide, I will be helping you connect with your physical and emotional body to free up stagnant energy. I have years of practice and experience with my own emotional healing journey. We all need a safe space to explore this part of ourselves if we want to live a more expressive and sensual life. It is not fully accepted my society yet to move with more emotion but it is our job to be the change we want to see. If you resonate with wanting to be more sensual and empathetic (with good boundaries), I joyfully welcome you to my yoga dance class for self expression! We will explore all emotion and ways of expression. Anger, frustration, disgust, sadness, joy, grief, exhaustion, etc. whatever comes up for you is perfect. As an intuitive being, I guide us according to the needs of the group. I feel everything with you and am able to help validate and support us all through our journeys. My goal is to lead us to more peace, more embodiment, more freedom. With this movement and awareness we become empowered and energetically protected.
