This is a community to support wellness & wellbeing through yoga practice. We work towards body awareness, improved circulation, mindfulness, and practices of self-care.

Yoga Classes Online & In-Person
Request class times; we can add classes by gathering 3+ students. For a personalized experience, I welcome your DM or message! Offerings include private 1:1 or group & workplace wellness.

I began yoga for fitness and to escape Hong Kong city-life. The practice brought mental focus & inner calm. A 500-hr certified teacher, my goal is for you to emerge content & nourished for the day. I look forward to sharing the practice of mind-body-spirit with you!
