This gentle, holistic practice uses small seeds placed on specific points of the ear to help balance energy, reduce stress, ease discomfort, and support overall wellness. Offered as an optional experience during the event, it’s a calming way to enhance your well-being, and it’s complimentary.

Comfort & Preparation

Create your ultimate relaxation space! We offer loaner yoga mats, but encourage you to bring your favorite comfort items, as our loaner props are limited (cushions, blankets, eye pillows).
This event is outdoors with no shade, so please remember to wear sunscreen and bring a towel to cover your face.

Arrival & Timing

To preserve the serenity of our experience, please arrive by 10:45 am. This allows time to settle in before our 11 am meditation journey begins. Your punctuality ensures an uninterrupted and immersive experience for all.
