The famous Seven Sisters !

13 miles long with at least 7 major hills and one of the best coastal walks in southern England with fabulous views !

Only attempt this walk if you are fine with dealing with so many difficult hills taking into account also the length of the walk !

Group return train tickets shall be purchased as from 8.50am for the train at 9.24am that arrives at Seaford at 11.20am after changing trains at Lewes.

Or you may decide to drive.

Please bring packed lunch, water, snacks etc plus waterproof jacket and wear boots, walking shoes or trainers.

The walk shall commence by 11.30am after we stop off for public toilets NEAR Seaford train station.

We shall have a drink at the end of the walk in Eastbourne and perhaps fish and chips too.

At Eastbourne train station a small supplementary fare shall need be purchased in respect of the first part of the return journey to Lewes which was not covered by the return train ticket purchased in the morning.

You should be able to walk 2.5 miles per hour and have adequate and appropriate insurance for this type of activity.

A most wonderful circular walk of around 6.5 miles taking in the lovely River Pinn and Ruislip Lido within delightful Ruislip Woods.

Let's go with the flow !

The walk shall commence at 3pm.

You can either take the tube travelling through Baker St at around 2.15pm or park your car with free parking just north of the station - off Windmill Hill or Kings College Road.

Please bring water, snacks etc plus waterproof jacket and wear boots, walking shoes or trainers.

Come go with the flow on this sensational MEDIUM PACED 12 mile river walk in Essex - we shall be walking by Chelmer and Blackwater rivers, taking in stunning idyllic Nounsley, Ulting and the amazing Heybridge Basin which affords great views over Northey Island and Osea Island until we arrive and have a drink in the wonderful village of Goldhanger at the end of the walk.

Please arrive by 8.35am at Liverpool Street Station by Platform 10 to buy group train tickets for the 9.02am train to Hatfield Peverel that arrives at 9.40am.

Return train ticket to Witham.

Or you may decide to drive.

The walk shall start at 9.45am.

Please bring packed lunch, water, snacks etc plus waterproof jacket and walking shoes/ strong trainers.

We shall stop for lunch at Heybridge Basin.

If you wish to end the walk at lunchtime at Heybridge Basin then take 73 bus at 1.45pm to Hatfield Peverel , walk 8 mins then take the train back to London and you need change trains at Shenfield.

We shall have a drink at the end of the walk in the Chequers Inn pub in the delightful village of Goldhanger in a 500 year old pub adjacent to a beautiful church and also opposite where hangings used to take place several hundred years ago.

We shall take taxis back to Witham for the train back to London.

You should have adequate and appropriate insurance for this type of activity and be able to walk 2.5 miles an hour and be in good physical condition.

Please only rsvp if you can walk 2.5 miles per hour and you should have adequate and appropriate insurance for this type of activity.

Please arrive by 8.50am to facilitate the purchase of group train tickets to Deal.

Train ticket : return to Deal.

We shall take the highspeed train at 9.34am that arrives at Dover at 10.49am.

Walk will commence by 11am.

Please bring packed lunch, water, snacks etc as well as waterproof jacket and walking shoes/trainers or boots.

If sunny: sunhat, suncream and sunglasses.

We shall have lunch by a pub in wonderful St Margaret's Bay.

We shall a drink at the end of the walk in the lovely square that houses the Kings Head pub at Deal.

We shall take the train back at 5.06pm that arrives back at 6.54pm after changing trains at Folkestone.
