Contemplative Creative Improvisation Class - 10 weeks!
Lake Harriet Spiritual Community (LHSC), 4401 Upton Ave S, Minneapolis, MN, USThis class will run for 10 weeks from September 10-November 19! Drop-ins welcome to any class! All levels are welcome :)
This class will/may(!) include guided movement improv, stillness, contact improvisation (CI!), sensory awareness, drawing, play, time in nature, private journalling, DANCE, spontaneous discovery... My wish is to provide a comfortable space to experience and deeply feel your creative nature. With others.
Each class is unique!
Lindsay Forsythe has enjoyed dance creating, performing, and teaching for over three decades. Her background includes ballet and modern dance. She has trained with multiple contact improvisation teachers, some of her favorites being Nancy Stark Smith, Nita Little, and Nora Hajos.
