Your Facilitator - Richard Dolman
Richard works with leaders and organizations to catalyze and accelerate transformation and build cultures that actually work. As an Agile and AI Leadership Coach, he blends 20+ years practicing Agile, Lean and Organizational Change, and more recently AI strategy and adoption, to help leaders and teams across many different industries and stages of growth to explore the possibilities of AI-enabled agility and innovation for optimal impact.

Richard is a is Certified Enterprise Coach (CEC), Certified Generative AI Leader (GAIL), Certified Agile Leadership (CAL), Agile Leadership Journey Guide, and ICAgile Certified Professional in Agile Coaching (ICP-ACC).

Agile & Lean Leaders:
We are a peer community of senior technology leaders—spanning product, operations, agile coaching, and engineering leadership—who seek to learn, grow, and exchange ideas beyond our day-to-day environments.
