Welcome to the Befriend community! This is where you'll find invitations from every day folk all over Perth who are hoping you'd like to join them in doing something fun! All groups and gatherings are initiated and run by local residents, guided by the Befriend values of inclusion, fun, authenticity, curiosity and sustainability.
Befriend is just the platform to connect, you all are the real superstars here! At a Befriend community group you can expect to find people who will greet you with a friendly face and a warm welcome.

Who's It For
This gathering is for adults (18+) who enjoy good stories, meeting new people, and being part of something that nourishes the heart and soul. No prior storytelling experience is needed — just curiosity and an open heart.***
This event is part of Vital Village Stories, a Befriend project supported by the City of Rockingham and the NDRR program through DFES, helping neighbours connect and grow stronger communities together.

Join us for a weekly walk or run.
Meet in the Manning Laneway, Welwyn Ave Manning (at the shops).
We will walk for around 3km, or run up to 5km and be back around 6:45am for a coffee at Henry M's.
