About us
CamCreatives: Monthly meetups in Cambridge where creativity matters — with guest speakers, panels, interviews and plenty of conversation.
CamCreatives is a community for anyone with a creative mindset — whether you paint, design, code, write, perform, invent, or simply love new ideas.
Each month we host a relaxed evening with invited guests — artists, designers, technologists, writers, makers, and more. Sometimes it’s a talk, other times an interview or a panel. Whatever the format, you’ll always find inspiration, honest insights, and plenty of time to meet new people over a drink.
When: Third Tuesday of every month
Where: The Blue Moon, Norfolk Street, Cambridge
We’re a welcoming, curious crowd, and new faces join us every month. You won’t be the only newbie, and you don’t need to be a “professional creative” to come along. If you’ve got a story to share or a speaker to suggest, we’d love to hear from you.
CamCreatives is about connection, collaboration, and celebrating the many ways creativity shapes our lives.

The CamCreatives Art Show 2026
The Grand Arcade - Cambridge, St Andrews St, Cambridge, GB** PLEASE NOTE - SUBMISSION DEADLINE EXTENDED **
Calling all CamCreatives
It’s your time to shine again!
We’re thrilled to announce that the CamCreatives Art Show will be back for the 2026 Cambridge Arts Festival to showcase the extraordinary talent within our community.
A huge thank you to the team at Cambridge BID for making this event possible and inviting us back.
The festival runs in February 2026 from Monday 9th to Wednesday 18th when we’ll once again have the exclusive use of a showroom in the Grand Arcade in Cambridge city centre.
This is your chance to share your creativity with a wider audience in one of the city’s most prominent venues. Whether you create visual art, craft, graphic design, photography, jewellery, sculpture, animation, or work in any other creative medium, we want to see your work on display.
This is the first call for submissions - let's create an explosion of creativity in Cambridge again!

How to submit your work for review
First and foremost this opportunity is only for CamCreatives members. If you share this information with others outside CamCreatives please make sure they know this and register on Meetup first.
There is no fee charged for submission or display if selected. However, if selected, you will need to prepare the work for display, deliver to a location in Cambridge at the agreed time, and pick up after the show is closed.
No work can be sold directly at the show and no work should include prices on display. We will have a separate table for holding ONE stack of business cards or leaflets per person.
You can submit up to THREE images of the work you would like to include in the show.
- Please keep the files small - under 1MB each.
- Name each file using the following format: forename_surname-title_of_work
- Email your submissions to: submissions@camcreatives.com

Join the fun - volunteer!
We need your support to run the event. Can you help us with various supporting roles? The main request would be to be a helpful presence at the show for visitors while keeping artwork secure.
Please email your interest to: volunteer@camcreatives.com
