Would you like to meet other people interested in meditation, yoga, mindfulness and tea? Then this is the group for you!
No matter if you are new to meditation or a seasoned pro, as long as you can sit you are in! Each "meet up" will consist of a group meditation in the garden for around 40 minutes, after which everyone is free to stay and chat and share satsang. No worries if you arrive late or have to nip out early, come and share the high vibes.
This is not a instructional lesson or a led exercise, just the offer of a garden with a lovely view where like-minded people can share a peaceful moment...and then a cup of tea.
