What we're about

This group is for those interested in trying or for those already following a whole food, plant based (vegan) diet (with no to minimal oil, salt, or refined sugar), to help to prevent or reverse disease. Since the pandemic began, we have been meeting via zoom with a variety of speakers knowledgeable about a plant-based dietary lifestyle as it relates to health. We plan resume our monthly potlucks and restaurant events once the pandemic is behind us and no longer a health concern, particularly for those who may be immune-compromised.
