A printing press, spray paint and quick wit were all siblings Hans and Sophie Scholl needed to build an underground resistance movement in Nazi Germany. Drawing on inspiration from letters, diaries and coded correspondences in the book "At the Heart of the White Rose" (named after the resistance group), this play is an intimate two-character portrait of resistance and conviction in the darkest of times, immersing audiences in the student's metamorphosis from loyal Hitler Youth to unwavering opponents of the Third Reich. Check the link for ticket sales. The price for Thursday performances is lowest, so that's what we're going with. https://www.amphibianstage.com/productions/main-stage/hans-sophie/
***UPDATE*** We're going to Little Germany because Greenwood's has closed permanently. They may be kind of busy since this falls on Valentine's Day, but we have a reservation. The parking lot is pretty small, so show up a little before 7 if possible. Otherwise, you may be able to park at the small row of shops across the street.
