Monthly social mixer led by the  National Senior Athletes Association (NSAA) with a purpose to inspire adults over the age of 50 that "You can become Happier and Healthier with Age." Every month we will have a featured guest speaker in a particular sport, fitness, or wellness program to inspire us to get more active and have more fun. Guest speaker will share stories about their sport and invite guests to try the sport or offer a special introduction class at a later time. A key benefit of keeping an active life is socialization. Learn about how to get back into a sport or learn about a new sport. There are so many local sports, fitness, and wellness programs out in the community, but not everyone is aware of them or how to access them.
