Squash is fun for players of all levels – and will rapidly burn calories, build muscle, shred fat, and dramatically increase fitness! From complete beginners, to advanced regular players, squash meetups are a great way to have some fun, get in great shape, and meet new friends! San Diego Squash offers a social environment complete with four courts, pro shop, fitness room, full service locker rooms...and a bar to hang out with new friends after you've hit the courts!

SQUASH FITNESS TRAINING - fast-paced plyometric and cardio squash training

San Diego Squash & Fitness

This fast-paced training will improve your overall fitness and squash shot making abilities with intensive drills and strength and conditioning exercises that will increase your explosive power and court movement. Run by Coach Dave Norton, a US Squash Accredited Squash Coach, a couple of training sessions and you will see your fitness and game play dramatically improve in no time! Club Members/$30 | Non-members/$40

Challenge Courts at San Diego Squash is round-robin squash play for all levels. No need to book - just show up! During this friendly and social meetup, take turns jumping on court to challenge other players and once you've exhausted all your energy, head to the bar for a beer with your new friends! Free for club members, $25 day fee for non-members.

A fun way for young ones to learn the basics of squash and develop a love for the sport, Kids Squash provides basic advice on the foundations of squash and a chance for junior players to try out this sport that is dramatically growing in popularity in high schools and colleges across the country! Players ages 5 to 18 are welcome to join in this fun introductory clinic. FREE FOR EVERYONE FOR FIRST THREE SESSIONS! (Club guest fee applies for non-members after attending three sessions, always free for members).
