From complete beginners, to advanced regular players, squash meetups are a great way to have some fun, get in great shape, and meet new friends! San Diego Squash offers a social environment complete with four courts, pro shop, fitness room, full service locker rooms...and a bar to hang out with new friends after you've hit the courts!
Challenge Courts at San Diego Squash is round-robin squash play for all levels. No need to book - just show up! During this friendly and social meetup, take turns jumping on court to challenge other players and once you've exhausted all your energy, head to the bar for a beer with your new friends! Free for club members, $25 day fee for non-members.
The Team Squash League at San Diego Squash & Fitness is a fun, social and competitive weekly squash league that runs for 10-12 weeks every Monday night. The next season starts February 18th, 2019!
The league is suitable for ALL levels of squash players...from beginners to elite! Everyone is welcome!! Players are grouped in teams of five, ranked in order of their skill level, and play against opponents of the same level throughout the season.
Each evening includes one match per player, and light food to snack on after your game! You can also have a drink from the club's bar, while chatting to fellow participants. It's a great way to meet people, and play a fun sport! The league culminates with a Finals night...with trophies for the winning team.

The San Diego Squash Junior Development Program provides a pathway for players from 5 to 18 years old to learn the foundations of squash and develop athletic skills while building a solid technical and tactical foundation that will support long term skill development and progression.
