    What we're about

    WHO WE ARE

We are a PERSONAL DEVELOPMENT COMMUNITY in the Campbell / San Jose area. Our purpose is to create a platform for women to engage in open, honest and meaningful conversations with like-minded women.

    WHAT WE BELIEVE

How do you describe an unstoppable woman? Courageous, Confident, Independent, Assertive? Take a look at this List of the 100 Virtues (https://www.virtuesproject.com/Pdf/100Virtueshandout.pdf) - they are character qualities that we are all born with. Think of character as 'the sum of all of the qualities you developed throughout your life as you made choices about how to act". Suzanne M. Alexander. These character qualities are being shaped by your thoughts, beliefs and interactions with others.

The key to Walking the Path of the Unstoppable Woman (https://drive.google.com/file/d/0B8z9U8nWO9V0Yl9TUW1UbDNmODQ/view?usp=sharing) is to deepen your understanding, practice of the virtues in everyday life!

As a Master Facilitator of The Virtues ProjectTM (http://shannondsilva.virtuesproject.com/), Shannon uses this body of work to help women engage in open, honest and meaningful conversations and to live more authentic and meaningful lives. The Virtues ProjectTM is a global initiative to inspire the practice of virtues in everyday life and is not affiliated with any religious or political organization.

    WHAT WE OFFER

Our specialty is small-group gatherings led by Shannon - a Master Facilitator and Self-Discovery coach. During our meetups, you will learn new ways to think about your challenges and creative strategies to achieve your goals. Shannon is great at getting you to really think about how to apply the lesson personally so you make lasting changes. There's plenty of time to share ideas, make connections, learn as a group, and get inspired.

“I hadn't had the chance to be in a session led by you before, and you were WONDERFUL. Your voice, and your clarity of instruction + powerful questions to include the group = magic!" Niamh M.

    • Unstoppable Women Connect - Social Gatherings

During each gathering and Monthly Virtues Challenge, you will enjoy a variety of thought-provoking activities and conversations to explore how cultivating your virtues helps you:

    • be unstoppable

    • nurture your relationships

    • inspire you to Be The Change!

Do you think people to be nicer? Well, you should be nicer! Do you think people should be more involved (in local government, community, church, family, etc)? Well, you should get more involved! It's easy to sit back and expect other people to change - instead, you BE THE CHANGE!

“If you change yourself you will change your world. If you change how you think then you will change how you feel and what actions you take. And so the world around you will change." ~Henrik Edberg.
