Agile Denver is an outreach organization for agile and lean practice in the Denver area. The organization strives to facilitate quality events to our members, helping them become better agilists. Agile Denver is a 501(c)(6) nonprofit that supports a number of Special Interest Groups.

Have you ever wondered how a magician can lay down on a bed of nails and not end up looking like a pin cushion? Would you be surprised to learn that the second principle of the Agile Manifesto is the secret behind Mystico the Magnificent's ancient trick?

Join Teddy as we discuss how working in small batches can literally do magic when it comes to improving how teams and organizations can deliver more value more quickly.

In this current climate, it’s even more important to ensure that team members are as optimized as possible in order to pivot to best support and deliver in the most efficient and nimble way possible. Although sometimes overlooked, playbooks have been a successful option to continue to foster collaboration and as we all know, the right people "in the room" are highly influential in the overall quality of the SDLC.
Whichever Agile approach you are taking each has its pros and cons and sometimes a quick tune-up can help support the teams in operating in the most efficient way possible.

About the Speaker: Melissa Tondi is highly experienced in the fields of Quality and Test Engineering, Enablement and Agile methodologies. She currently heads Technology Enablement at Campminder, focusing on Leadership, AI, Agile Enablement, and Quality Engineering. With over twenty years of experience, Melissa has established herself as a seasoned professional, actively contributing to the evolution of best practices in the industry.
