Fluid Art & Wellness is an online space for mindful creativity across borders.
This group hosts occasional free and paid online workshops exploring mindfulness, emotional regulation, and self-reflection through art-based practices.
Sessions are accessible, gentle, and designed for adults who want to slow down and reconnect, wherever they are located.
The group serves as an entry point into longer programs, thematic series, and online cohorts focused on wellbeing, creativity, and psychological safety.
No art background is required.
This is not an art class or therapy, but an evidence-informed creative wellbeing practice.
Open to participants across Europe and beyond.
