SAC: Poly Social Mingle

Event hosted by Sacramento Area Polyamory. Your awesome event host on location is Marley, I (Sarah) am not always at this event, but am happy to answer any questions! Marley will get you a name tag and help you with anything you need.

Location serves a variety of beer, soda, and food. Outside area is dog friendly. Parking can be limited so come early!

Great event for newbies, those just curious about polyamory, and veterans alike! There is no structure, just hanging out and chatting over good beer and food!

People with name tags are in our group. Walk around, mingle, and stop to chat whenever you want!

In all things, enthusiastic consent is to be required for all interactions. A great way to begin practicing requiring and giving enthusiastic consent can be to explicitly ask: "Hey! May I join your conversation?" If everyone gives a "Yeah!" "Sounds good!" etc and no one just stares at you and frowns or says "no", great!

This is not a pickup/dating event (though connections do happen!!). If you ever feel unsafe, find one of the venue staff or an event host.
Hosts will have "host" on their name tag. But just FYI, it's just Marley and I (Sarah).
