This is a group interested in canoeing and kayaking the waters of Kentucky, primarily in Central Kentucky but with an eye to the entire state and to neighboring paddling groups. All skill levels are welcome.

This Event is Lock an Dam #4, downtown Frankfort! After event party at Riverview Park in downtown Frankfort. This includes food, beer and live music!
Join us from Sunday, October 1, 2023 through Sunday, October 22, 2023, as we paddle a portion of the length of the Lower Kentucky River. Each Sunday we will paddle a different section of the river, from Frankfort to Carrollton. Each section of the river will include a 4-6 mile paddle on the Kentucky River and riverside discussions with local experts about topics ranging from history to aquatic life. Each event will also have us as paddlers pass through one of the four lower Kentucky River locks.
All proceeds from this event go directly to our friends at Woods and Waters Land Trust.
