If you ever feel like you need a grown-up time out, this class is for you! Try this beginning-level class for de-stressing, based on the ancient principles of Korean DahnMuDo, a blend of Tai Chi energy balancing and Qigong meditative energy movement. With practice, you can focus your mind and move your body to a feeling of harmony with your internal energy and the energy around you. If you can let go of busy thinking during this class, you'll notice an increasing feeling of inner calm. (Please note, this is a standing class.)
This class is being offered FREE on a trial basis, to see if there is interest in the local community. We recommend comfortable loose clothing that is easy to move in, sunscreen and a hat.
About the instructor:
Heather Hebert Del Cuadro is a joyful and passionate teacher who loves to share Asian-inspired mind-body stress management techniques with people of all ages. Ms. Hebert Del Cuadro is a certified Health Coach, certified Brain Power Wellness Instructor, a K-12 public school teacher, and loves Korean-style Tai Chi and Qigong. She just completed a resident course in the national DahnMuDo belt series.
