About us
This group is designed to gather people interested in the brain, in the body (movement and dance!) and in community. How do they all interact and make us the people that we are? We will discuss topics such as movement & health, interaction, social bonding, communication etc. We will talk about the science of flow and play and put it into practice immediately!
You do not need to have any experience in science, dance or improv theater. Everybody is welcome to just enjoy the flow and grow and move together.

Fighting Monkey Workshop
Isabellastr. 14, Isabellastr. 14 80798 München, München, DEThis one-day workshop is an entry point into the broader research of the Fighting Monkey Practice, offering a first taste of selected tools and principles.
Through movement, interaction, and structured play, we explore how the human organism adapts, communicates, and learns.
Rather than fixed techniques, we work with situations, developing:- rhythm and coordination
- adaptability
- creative problem-solving
- a deeper engagement with the learning process
ZERO FORMS - WORKING WITH STRUCTURE
We work with selected practices that help you understand and organize your body:- Stillness - observe and locate yourself
- Joint articulation - understand your architecture
- Coordination - build rhythm and synergy
- Improvisation - discover new pathways
- Voice - sound as you
These tools are intended to spark interest and support a long-term process of self-inquiry, potentially contributing to improved structural integrity, more intelligent training choices, and the ability to continue enjoying life physically over time.
MOVEMENT SITUATIONS - TESTING ADAPTABILITY
We expand our exploration in partner and group situations.
Through open games with dynamic constraints, we explore how:- we respond under changing conditions
- we relate to others, objects, and space
- action and perception shape each other
- we communicate flexibly
The aim is not performance, but the ability to adapt and respond in real time, and to develop taste and strategies for lifelong learning.
