Our kettlebell strength & conditioning classes are designed to safely PROGRESS your abilities and to TRANSFORM your physique.

All ages, all levels welcome. We have TWO long-time certified kettlebell instructors that will assess and assist with your training.

If you are NEW to kettlebells: we've got you covered. Bring water, towel, workout gloves and wear flat shoes and clothes you won't mind getting gritty.

If you are a Grivet, you will need to bring your kettlebell and the items mentioned above. BE PREPARED to show the instructors your techniques so we can ensure a SAFE and SUCCESSFUL class.

You will need to register thru the Pantherfit app. Liability Waiver must be signed prior to attending the training.
