Greasy Pig Eaterie

Lets go to one of Leeds hidden gems: Greasy Pig is a legendary diner in the student are of the city, well renowned for its generous portions and fun menu.

This might be the ideal accompaniment to your Saturday drinking session the night before - or perhaps recovering from our 10 for 10 walk.

The easiest way to check out their menu is on Just Eat (their website seems a bit broken at the moment for some reason). There should be something for everyone to enjoy with various dietary requirements catered for. Alternatively, just grab a hot drink.

How to get here

This venue is outside the city centre but is just a 20 minute walk away or a short bus ride. Busses leave in this direction every few minutes, even on a Saturday.

If travelling by train, Burley Park station is a short walk away. If travelling by car, there is plenty of parking on the surrounding residential streets.

Afterwards

Greasy Pig is not far away from the Bear Pit and Hyde Park, so we might go and hang out in the sun if the weather is on our side.
