Detox from the stress of the day with a live guided meditation session. Each 30-minute session is appropriate for first-time meditators and those with long-standing practices. People can join for a chance to connect and be in community at 8:20pm and the meditation will take place from 8:30-9:00pm. People can join by Zoom (camera on or off) or by phone.

- Burnout Busters - Mindfulness Burnout PreventionNeeds location
Community Mindfulness Project offers Mid-Week Burnout Busters for non-profit and front-line workers each Wednesday from 9:15 AM - 9:30 AM. These short 15-minute mini mindfulness sessions provide mindfulness and meditation opportunities are are designed specifically to help combat mental and emotional stress, are all based on neuroscience, and are quickly and easily accessible by phone or zoom. Participants can hop off the session immediately following the mindfulness exercise or can stay online to connect with peers in the non-profit community. All sessions are offered free of charge.

Through direct services and community partnerships, we work in public schools (k-12 and community colleges) and with nonprofits that serve our communities with the greatest unmet mental and physical health needs. Start your day with a live, guided meditation. Each 45-minute session is appropriate for first-time meditators and those with long-standing practices. There will be a brief chat about the meditation, a guided meditation and then a chance to share and reflect. People can join by Zoom (camera on or off) or by phone.
