About Fristy TaniaFristy Tania is a certified Trauma & Recovery Practitioner, accredited by the International Association of Therapist (IAOTH). She has also completed a comprehensive mindfulness course and is a dedicated meditation teacher.
Growing up in a conservative Muslim family in Indonesia, Fristy navigated the pressures of being the eldest daughter and the family's "trophy kid." Despite her academic success, she faced immense pressure and intergenerational trauma.
In 2017, after relocating to Japan, Fristy faced significant personal challenges, including joblessness and marital issues. This period of adversity led her to embark on inner child work, a transformative journey of healing and self-discovery. Over two years of intense therapy, she reconciled with her past and found peace with her childhood experiences.
