💪 FRIEND OF DOROTHY X FIIT WORKOUT SWEAT TOGETHER. MEET GAY MEN. MAKE FRIENDS.
💪 FRIEND OF DOROTHY X FIIT WORKOUT SWEAT TOGETHER. MEET GAY MEN. MAKE FRIENDS. --- This Friend of Dorothy event is about bringing gay men together in real life to connect, move and build real friendships. The FIIT workout is a full-body class designed to get your heart rate up and leave you feeling stronger, fitter and energised. The session combines high-intensity interval training (HIIT), circuit training and functional movements to create a dynamic, fast-paced workout that improves cardiovascular fitness, strength and endurance while burning up to 600 calories per class. But these events are about more than just fitness. They’re about creating spaces where gay men can show up, move together and naturally connect. Training as a group creates a shared energy that makes it easier to push yourself, laugh along the way and start conversations with the people around you. Whether you come solo or with a friend, you’ll be joining a welcoming group of guys all there for the same reason, to do something positive for their bodies while meeting new people and building genuine connections. Come for the sweat.Stay for the atmosphere.Leave feeling fitter, more confident and a little more connected. --- Everyone attending will also receive FREE Cum Gummies and Muscle Gummies, courtesy of Friend of Dorothy Wellness. All profits from ticket sales will be donated to Impulse London, supporting their work promoting sexual health and wellbeing within the gay community. *Many events are available at up to **75% off** when booked through the **Friend of Dorothy app**, with proceeds supporting LGBTQ+ charities.* [Download the APP NOW ](https://friend-of-dorothy.com/pages/download-the-app-new)

FRIEND OF DOROTHY HOTPOD YOGA - STRETCH TOGETHER. MEET GAY MEN. FIND YOUR CALM.
🧘 FRIEND OF DOROTHY HOTPOD YOGA EXPERIENCESTRETCH TOGETHER. MEET GAY MEN. FIND YOUR CALM. --- This Friend of Dorothy event is about bringing gay men together in real life to connect, reset and build genuine friendships. Step into the warm, cocoon-like environment of Hotpod Yoga and take time to recharge both physically and mentally. This session blends elements of Hotpod Flow and Rest & Restore, combining gentle movement with moments of stillness to help you unwind and reconnect with your body. Expect a guided flow through yoga postures where the heat supports flexibility, circulation and relaxation. The class then transitions into slower, restorative elements including breathing techniques and guided meditation to help quiet the mind and fully switch off. The session is designed to be welcoming for all levels, with options throughout so you can move in a way that feels comfortable whether you’re completely new to yoga or more experienced. But like all Friend of Dorothy events, this is about more than the activity. It’s about creating spaces where gay men can meet, chat and feel part of a community outside of apps and nightlife. Before and after the class there’s time to talk, meet new people and enjoy a relaxed, supportive atmosphere. Expect: • A warm, immersive studio experience • A balance of energising flow and deep relaxation • Breathing techniques and guided meditation (yoga nidra) • A welcoming and inclusive environment Come to move, slow down and reset.Leave feeling restored, grounded — and a little more connected. --- Everyone attending will also receive FREE Cum Gummies and Muscle Gummies, courtesy of Friend of Dorothy Wellness. London Indoor Bouldering morning
London Indoor Bouldering morning
Join OutdoorLads weekly Saturday bouldering morning event at Vauxwall West - please check our main event page on our website (link in the comments below). We welcome all members of the LGBTQ+ community, and you will be socialising with a supportive group boulderers who are always happy to introduce complete beginners to the sport or solve difficult bouldering problems together. This event is for members of all levels of experience and all are welcome to come along to any of the sessions. Bouldering is unique. There are few sports out there that offer a mental and physical challenge no matter what skill level you are at. Each route consists of several holds that the climber uses, focusing on problem-solving and technical movements to help them reach the top. No two routes are ever the same, and the colour-coded system indicates the difficulty level, so there's a climb for everyone to enjoy! If you have never tried bouldering before, please ensure that you have gone through the centre's safety and induction video beforehand (https://londonclimbingcentres.co.uk/pre-register/) as you will be required to answer a few safety questions when registering at the centre.

This is not therapy or a workshop. It is simply a space for thoughtful connection and interactions with fellow seekers about life, work, meaning, and spirituality while walking beside the Thames. This special event could be for you if: * Your search is drawing you ‘upstream’... * You find yourself thinking more deeply about who you are and your place in the world… * You're at a point in life where the deeper questions are starting to matter. Perhaps something in you is looking for more but you're just not sure what… The walk will begin at **BARNES BRIDGE**, taking the Thames path upstream and will last approximately one hour. It will end at a nearby pub for those who wish to continue the conversation informally. There is no obligation to stay. If something in this invitation speaks to you, please come and join us! To express your interest in attending, please email theseekerswalk@gmail.com. Meeting Point: from 1:45pm at The Old Ticket Office, Barnes Railway Bridge, The Terrace, London SW13 0NP

Men's Group meetup
**The idea for this group is to build a community where men can gather together and build connections & learn and grow from each other.** How we start each meeting is by each of us checking in with our "roses and thorns" aka what are the good things and the bad things going on in your life recently? Then we will go into a topic discussion. \-\-\-\-\-\-\-\-\-\-\-\-\-\-\-\-\-\-\-\-\-\-\-\-\-\-\-\-\-\-\-\-\-\-\-\-\-\-\-\-\-\-\-\-\-\-\-\-\-\-\-\-\-\-\-\-\-\-\-\-\-\-\-\-\-\-\-\-\-\-\-\-\-\-\-\-\-\-\-\-\-\-\-\-\-\-\-\-\-\-\- **COMMUNITY AGREEMENTS** \*\*THERE WILL BE A ZERO TOLERANCE POLICY FOR NO-SHOWS. IF YOU RSVP TO A MEETING AND FAIL TO SHOW UP WITHOUT NOTICE, YOU'LL BE REMOVED FROM THE GROUP. THIS IS TO PRESERVE THE INTEGRITY OF THE GROUP\*\* 1. Confidentiality - EVERYTHING that is shared NEVER leaves this space so that this space remains safe and sacred. There is a zero tolerance policy for this. If a man is in violation of this, they will be permanently removed from the group. 2. Non-Judgement - we respect and honor every man’s truth so that we may receive the same from others. While we may not agree on everything, we commit to respecting every man’s perspectives and engaging in honorable discussion with one another. 3. Be committed - honor your commitment to this group and to yourself. If you attend a meeting, please commit yourself fully to the meeting. Also be committed to your own journey. When we fail, we own it & clean it up. 4. Speak from the heart - this is NOT a space to “look good”, have the “right” answers, and have it all together. Relax and know you are not alone. Be exactly who you are within the safety of this space. 5. Be supportive - This means always willing to provide encouragement to your fellow men, encourage action and momentum in each other’s lives.. Be willing to challenge each other. Be willing to hold each other accountable. 6. Participation - what you receive from this community will be a reflection of what you put into it. Period. We ask that you share your perspectives, reflect on others, and give/receive support when and where it’s needed.

CMG Gives Back: Serve Brunch at FAITH MISSION GRANT KITCHEN!
CMG Gives Back: Serve Brunch at FAITH MISSION GRANT KITCHEN!
Join us as we get together to get together to help those in need at this CMG Gives Back event! We have a great little community of Movie Group friends so rather than see a movie this time, we’ll help “create a better world” by helping serve those in need. Here are complete details and our plan for this event: FAITH MISSION – GRANT KITCHEN: The Faith Mission kitchen and dining room serves residents 3 meals a day, every day of the year. For this event, our group will help prepare food, serve meals, assist residents in the dining room, wash dishes, and clean surfaces. PLAN: We will be preparing / serving / cleaning for BRUNCH from 10:30am to 12:30pm and have space for a total of 7 volunteers. Please arrive at 10:20am and wear closed-toe shoes and long pants. LOCATION: Faith Mission – Grant Kitchen is located at 245 N. Grant Ave. Enter the kitchen at Dock 1 (in the back of the building), indicated in the attached map. On-site parking in the adjacent lot and street parking is available in the surrounding area. Below are some links / attachments with additional info/details: IMPORTANT REMINDER: Our group will be providing all of the volunteers on this day so a firm RSVP count is essential. Please only sign up if you are certain you’ll be able to attend. If something unavoidable comes up, please try to update your RSVP no later than one week prior to the event. With few exceptions, no shows or cancelations within 1 week of the event will not be eligible for future CMG Gives Back events. I appreciate your understanding as we try to ensure the agencies have the volunteers needed to provide the essential services they provide to the vulnerable population they serve. Our Partner Agency for this event is Lutheran Social Services! A huge THANK YOU to all of YOU for volunteering at this (and any of our previous) CMG Gives Back events! Should be a good/fun/meaningful time together, Dan
