The practice is suitable for everyone, regardless of meditation experience. Hello everyone, I’m looking for a like-minded person (or a small group) who would like to go ice bathing together once a week on a regular basis – preferably at Treptower Park and the surrounding area. The day and time are flexible for me; what matters most to me is reliability and consistency. I’ve been ice bathing for several years and value this practice greatly: as an energising time in nature, as a shared act of overcoming oneself, and as something that is noticeably beneficial for both body and mind. For me, it has positive effects on health, sleep, and recovery – and it’s a wonderful way to start the next week feeling light, uplifted, and content. After four years, my previous ice-bathing partner is unfortunately no longer able to join, so I’m now happy to meet new people. I’m open and enjoy coordinating flexibly. If you have any games you want to share, feel free to bring them along as well! Our primary groups are outdoor movement groups, but we are launching virtual groups for the state of Ohio and beyond and the groups will move outside in the spring, creating room for men's groups, women's groups and coed groups all over the country.
