You don't have to do self-help all on your own! We are a community of people coming together to learn tools and practice skills from the wisdom of the pioneers of self help. We'll be getting together to read the best of self-help books, practice the exercises, and form connections with each other as we go.
We'll be reading When Life Hits Hard by Russ Harris starting Monday, March 15 - April 6th, 2026, 4-6pm.
