About us
The Flagstaff Kadampa Meditation Meetup is affiliated with the International Kadampa Retreat Center (IKRC) Grand Canyon located in Williams, AZ. We currently offer a weekly meditation class in Flagstaff. Class includes a relaxing guided breathing meditation, a teaching on a particular topic of Buddhism and a concluding meditation. There is also time to ask any questions you may have. No previous experience is necessary and everyone is welcome to attend!
