Yoga by the sea
A one-hour Vinyasa yoga session by the beach, designed to help you reconnect with your body, breath, and the natural rhythm around you. The class includes yoga breathing practices, a dynamic Vinyasa power flow, flexibility work, and a guided savasana to fully relax and integrate.
We’ll move through a fluid sequence that builds strength, mobility, and balance, while the sound of the waves supports a deeper sense of calm and presence. Open to all levels, this class offers a space to ground, energize, and share a mindful moment together in nature.
Please bring your yoga mat, water bottle, and wear cozy, comfortable clothes. After the class, some of us stay to share food, have lunch together, and enjoy a relaxed chat by the beach.

Practice together as the sun rises out of the sea with the light touching our face, the wind in our hair and hearing the sound of the sea and the seagulls.
Come and breathe and move together to start our day in gratitude!
Daily offering made up of a combination of sun salutations, asana, dance, chanting, massage & meditation by the sea. After practice there will be the option to do breathing exercises hand and hand together in the cold sea water. Or just dive in and feel invigorated! Yin Yoga & Cacao Evening 🤍
Come join us for a really nice, slow evening to unwind, let go of stress, and just take a bit of time for yourself.
We’ll move through a gentle yin yoga practice, nothing intense, just long, supported stretches to help release tension and give your body a chance to soften.
We’ll also share some cacao, which is a lovely way to sit, slow down, and connect a little deeper with yourself. No pressure, no expectations… just space to be.
I’ll guide you through a short meditation and give you some time to journal if you feel like it — to clear your head, let go of anything that’s been sitting heavy, and create a bit more space inside.

This is really just about slowing everything down, taking a breath, and reconnecting with yourself for a couple of hours.

Practicing yoga by the sea will allow us to use Mother Nature’s meditation cues: the rhythmic flow of waves crashing, the sound of wind blowing by, and even the smell of saltwater will help you relax, focus and completely clear your mind.
Yoga is a practice that helps us bring about balance to our mind, body and soul. Each class is designed to promote health, fitness, meditation, concentration and peace of mind.

Preventive healing: You will learn to remove the negative energetic patterns of a disease to prevent it from fully manifesting as a physical ailment.
Self-Pranic healing: You will learn to apply these healing techniques to accelerate your own healing.
Step-by-step techniques for ailments related to your:
respiratory system, e.g., asthma,; circulatory system, e.g., heart ailments; gastrointestinal system, e.g., irritable bowel syndrome; musculoskeletal system, e.g., arthritis and back pain; reproductive system, e.g., menstrual problems. You'll also learn how to address common problems as migraines and sinusitis.
Additionally, you'll learn to apply distant healing to loved ones who are not present in the room with you.
All PRANIC HEALING® courses are "experiential," which means that you learn by actually performing the techniques and exercises in class - on yourself and those around you. During class, all the principles will be explained thoroughly and you will practice the techniques exhaustively so you will be confident in your ability to produce positive results when you finish the course.

Hi ladies. We will meet in front of the Nature Center and head to the two Observation decks. We will then hike Hickory Ridge, Ripple Rock, Overlook and Sugarbush trails to get approximately four miles total distance. We will walk approximately a 18 minute mile pace. Please wear appropriate hiking shoes.
