SEASONALITY & SOURCING are paramount here and Chef Daniel proudly name drops every farm/purveyor for ingredients in each dish. Okonomi Market, from the team behind Okonomi//Yuji Ramen and Osakana that continues to focus on showcasing high quality, locally caught seafood. We are heading to West Village! The Oxtail is TO DIE FOR!!! Very tough to snag a resy here. I put my cc down for this one so prepaid only! Redux bc IYKYK! Semma, from Unapologetic Foods, the same team behind Adda and Dhamaka. One of the hottest tickets in town and one of the toughest resys to secure. I'll be damned if we leave hungry here so plates will be shared per 3 ppl. Here, chef Vijay Kumar, formerly of Michelin-starred Rasa in Burlingame, Calif. showcases a menu entirely devoted to the regions of Southern India โ a rarity among Indian restaurants in America โ and it shows.
