A group healing service will include individual healing attention to each participant. Afterward, I will offer brief intuitive readings for anyone who wants one, as time permits. This live class with Lynn Woodland will help you do it.

The Miracles Course is a year-long program of spiritual and personal transformation aimed at living a miraculous life. It’s designed to change you, improve your quality of life, and help you manifest your highest purpose. Classes include information and exercises for applying spiritual principles to everyday life. They are experiential and interactive with opportunity to ask questions and receive personal input from Lynn.

The curriculum is circular, having no beginning or end, and uses the seasons as a template for the whole of human experience. It makes it easy to join the course at any time. Drop in or attend regularly. Each season addresses different content.

The Miracles Course Fall Quarter is all about healing, breaking free from old patterns, finding the courage to change and learning to feel safe, even in the midst of change.

This class will run for 12 weeks from January 8-March 26! Drop-ins welcome to any class! All levels are welcome :)

In this class you will be guided through the foundational concepts of Contact/Movement Improvisation, such as deep listening, rolling point of contact, weight sharing, sliding, sloughing, supporting, and following connection. Experience sharing your center of gravity with others, while negotiating how to naturally fall, tip, catch, and pivot with the help of momentum and moving together.

Class may include solo and group guided improvisation, CI partnering exercises, deep sensory awareness exercises, movement meditation, and will conclude with structured group dancing and observation. Each class is unique!

Lindsay Forsythe has enjoyed dance creating, performing, and teaching for over three decades. Her background includes ballet and modern dance. She has trained with multiple contact improvisation teachers, some of her favorites being Nancy Stark Smith, Nita Little, and Nora Hajos.
