Join us in the LHSC sanctuary vortex.

Feeling stuck or want to raise your vibration? Open up your heart? Bring your drum, or use one of the LHSC drums, or simply sit or lay and receive the vibrations for letting go of any stuck energy in the body and in your auric field. Led by Jay Peterson we will have a variety of adventures using the power of the drum to open up the heart, let go of the monkey mind, connecting to Mother Earth, and shifting the stagnant.

Plus, drumming has proven research related to accelerated healing, raise white blood cell counts, boosting the immune system, and aiding in releasing emotional trauma. In today’s world, we can all use more of that!

$15 energy exchange for participants – all contributions will go towards LHSC. Let’s raise money for LHSC, fill the sanctuary up with drummers and blow the roof off the place!

Beginners are welcome! Just bring your intentions, and be open to energy. Bring a friend and join us for a high vibrational experience that will leave you zinging with energy.

Recovery Dharma welcomes anyone who is looking to heal from addiction and addictive behavior, whether it’s caused by substance use or process addictions like codependency, gambling, eating disorders, relationships, technology, or any obsessive or habitual pattern that creates suffering. We’ve found that this Buddhist-inspired path can lead to liberation from the suffering of addiction, and we support you in finding your own path to recovery.

Our group practices confidentiality. We are a drop in group, no registration is required. Our meeting is for all who are in recovery or who are interested in recovery. Everyone is welcome regardless of beliefs or non-beliefs. No prior knowledge of Buddhism or meditation required. Always free, donations welcome.

At this service you will be led through some gentle movements based on Yoga, Qigong, Tai Chi, self healing modalities, guided meditation and insights on this month’s spiritual theme.

Tina Frontera is a life-long student of integrative health care and the use of movement, energy and meditation to connect with our core. She leads various energetic modalities ranging from Latin Dance and aerobics to meditation and Qi Gong thru healing energy ministry. Professionally, she has been grounded as a registered nurse for over 35 years, a minister for over 6 years and has been a senior leader in several health care organizations including the Chief Operating Officer of Minnesota Community Measurement. She speaks nationally on various health care issues.. Tina is a longtime member of LHSC. She lives balancing these varied experiences in creating purpose, creativity ,community and meaning in her life and with others. She invites you to join her in this opportunity to focus on the here and now, to connect your body and mind with your soul and to move your energy to connect with the universe, creativity and joy.

Walk-ins welcome! You don't have to be an LHSC member or join this Meetup to attend. Don't be discouraged if there aren't many RSVPs; there are lots of folks who aren't on Meetup who will be there too!
