PLEASE ARRIVE AT 5pm. Scenes are assigned at a first come, first served basis 5 - 5:30pm. First scene goes up at 5:30pm sharp. We cannot accommodate those arriving after 5:20pm. If you are NOT ATTENDING, PLEASE take yourself off of the RSVP list so the Actors on the "Waitlist" can come. NEW RULE: If you RSVP and NO SHOW to 2 classes, you will be suspended from attending AHA for 6 months. The night is so inspiring that it can go long... so bring a snack to keep your energy up. Remember to bring $3 to $6 cash (if you can) to add to the donation basket to help your organizer and hosts, Mary Lou & Justin Sandler of 3 cubed studios, LLC with the meet up app membership, printing, and utilities costs. PARKING: This is a dead end street. Please double check to make sure you are not blocking a driveway. If there isn't any parking left you may park on Victory Blvd. Read The Signs. Coffee for Creatives: Casting Director

Connect over coffee and conversation with a special guest in the entertainment industry! Emma Fleming is an Australian-born, Los Angeles–based Casting Director and Costume Designer, working under the name Alabama Blonde for costume design. Her work spans independent cinema, elevated genre, dark comedy, and character-driven drama, with projects screening at Sundance, Tribeca, SXSW, Sitges, BIFAN, Fantasia, and Fantastic Fest. Recent projects include Godstar, starring François Arnaud, Olivia Taylor Dudley, and Blu Hunt; Confession, starring Rob Lowe, Jennifer Jason Leigh, James Franco, Nick Nolte, Emile Hirsch, and Kodi Smit-McPhee; Crossed, from Garth Ennis (The Boys) and Rob Jabbaz (The Sadness); Joel Edgerton’s Savages; and Jim Cummings and PJ McCabe’s The Screener (Sundance 2026). Other credits include Francis Galluppi’s The Last Stop in Yuma County, I Really Love My Husbandv(SXSW 2025), IMPRINT (Tribeca 2026), The Immaculate Room, NightFlirt, and Penny. With over a decade of experience across casting, costume, and performance, Emma brings a character-first approach to her work, with a particular interest in unexpected talent, distinctive filmmakers, and stories that challenge genre and convention. Since 2020, Emma has also served as Global Casting Director for Schön! Magazine, working with established and emerging voices across film and contemporary culture. She has worked internationally across the U.S., Europe, South America, Asia, and Australia and is represented by IAG. Classical Music Open Mic - August 30

**Instruments provided:** Pantheon Coffee in West Hollywood has agreed to host us, and they have a lovely upright piano that will be provided. Any other instruments you will have to bring with you. **What to play:** In terms of what counts as classical music - use your best judgment! I'm not going to be a stickler here. Feel free to play something you're currently working on, even if it's just a few pages. You can have it memorized or not, up to you. Depending on the number of performers, I may set a time limit of 5-7 minutes per person, but that will vary depending on attendance. Duets and trios are totally fine; vocalists are also welcome as well. **Drinks/food:** The cafe has light pastries, sandwiches (if still available at the end of the day), coffees, and teas.
