How to the find the FOODFACTORY Cube Berlin (Effe&Gold):** Washingtonpl. 3, 10557 Berlin [https://g.page/foodfactorycubeberlin?share](https://g.page/foodfactorycubeberlin?share) This is just our gathering spot this time. From there we go together to Gärten der Welt. **2.) Going to Gärten der Welt:** We'll use public transport to get to this place. If you live in the east, you can join us directly in the garden. **3.) Exploring Gärten der Welt:** We'll first get lost in the maze. Afterwards we explore the Korean Garden and have dinner nearby. Next goals is the Chinese Garden to the see the diversified stage program including traditional dance, music. The grand final is the light show and the fireworks at the stage. Authentic Chinese, Korean and Japanese food will be available at certain food stalls. *Who is this meetup for:* 1\. Asians who want to practice German and/or English\. 2\. German speaking individuals who are studying \(preferably\) Japanese\, Korean\, Mandarin or Cantonese\. 3\. Anyone who is interested in cultural exchange and wants to socialize\. *What you can expect:* 1\. A professionally organized meetup that can adapt to any changes given the current situation\. 2\. A Walk & Talk to break the ice\. 3\. A collaborating venue where you can further socialize with other members\. *** Whenever you attend a meetup, the most common as well as first question you get is: "Where are you from?" You probably heard this question a million times. Well, at least I did. From my own experience of attending over 200 international meetups in various countries such as Germany, Japan, Australia and Thailand, I can tell you that asking for the name is a better approach. “A person’s name is to that person, the sweetest, most important sound in any language.” - Dale Carnegie If you really want to connect with like-minded people you should remember their name, but you don't have to remember every persons name you've talked you. Be picky about that, don't be me who can somehow remember everyones name easily. Don't tell yourself sth. like "I'm bad at remembering names." It's all about developing the habit of asking for a name and keep the conversation going on. Furthermore, you want to learn German or any other language. Learning the local language is crucial to connect with the locals and developing a true friendship. This can be accomplished with immersion. My goal is to inspire you to go out of your comfort zone and improve yourself each time you join this meetup.

Museum & Brunch: Sambar, Stories & Impressionism
Sat, Sep 5, 7:45 AMSpend your Saturday morning exploring great food, beautiful art, and even better conversations. We’ll *begin with an authentic South Indian brunch at* ***Anjappar*** *before* making our way to the **Alte Nationalgalerie** to **discover the Cassirer Exhibitio**n together. Rather than walking through the galleries alone, we’ll explore the stories behind the artists, notice details we might otherwise miss, and enjoy discussing our favourite works along the way. *Whether you’ve never stepped into a museum before or you’re already an art lover*, this experience is designed to be relaxed, welcoming, and beginner-friendly. No art history knowledge required—just curiosity. ✨ **What to expect** 🍛 *South Indian Brunch* Meet the group over Anjappar’s South Indian buffet and ease into the morning with good food and conversation. 🎨 *Art Stories Before We Begin* Before entering the museum, our co-host—an art enthusiast and regular museum visitor—will share a short introduction to the Cassirer Exhibition, the artists you’ll encounter, and a few fascinating details to watch out for. Think of it as a friendly introduction that helps you enjoy the exhibition with fresh eyes. 🖼️ *Explore Together* We’ll walk through the exhibition as a group, pausing to chat, ask questions, and share different perspectives. This isn’t an art history lecture or a formal guided tour—it’s **simply a chance to discover art together** in a relaxed and approachable way. 💛 **Perfect if you…** * have always wanted to visit a museum but didn’t know where to start * love museums (or want to start exploring them) * enjoy thoughtful conversations * like meeting people through shared experiences * appreciate good food as much as good art 🍛 **Just here for brunch?** **You’re more than welcome to join us** for the brunch and conversations, **even if you’d prefer to skip the museum** afterwards. 📅 Saturday, 5 September (TBC) 🕙 10:00 AM 📍 Anjappar, Berlin ➡️ Followed by the Cassirer Exhibition at the Alte Nationalgalerie 💛 **Please note**: * Everyone purchases their own brunch and museum ticket. * Panipuri Tribe participation fee: €12 (regular), €9 (early bird) | No refunds *Pay via PayPal*: https://www.paypal.me/ssuhany — choose Friends & Family (please add your name in the note) * If you’re joining just for brunch, you’re welcome to head home afterwards * Women only We can’t wait to spend a slow Saturday morning filled with flavour, fascinating stories, and beautiful art with you. 🎨✨
