We’ll meet in a cosy coffee shop for a relaxed afternoon of card/board games and other easygoing games. Please bring a few of your own, as I’ll be focusing more on hosting than providing games. No pressure, no loud energy just gentle conversation, quiet fun, and friendly faces. Perfect for introverts, shy souls, and anyone who enjoys a calm social space. Board Games Competition

**Who will be the Games & Friends Board Games Champion?** Compete in **6 fast-paced, easy-to-learn games**—no prior experience required. Each game lasts around **30 minutes**, giving everyone a chance to shine. Whether you’re a seasoned board gamer or just looking for a fun challenge, this event is all about **laughter, quick thinking, and friendly competition**. **Games Include:** * Carcassone * Black Fleet * Harmonies * King of Tokyo * Citadels * Tiny Towns All short, engaging, and designed for maximum fun. **Who Can Join:** Anyone ready for a good time and a little friendly rivalry. £5 entry in advance. Limited to 24 participants. **Prizes:** £50 Board Games Voucher for the overall competition winner. **Scoring:** You will play 5 games during the afternoon. You will get a score depending on how well you do in each of the games. * 1st place: 3 points * 2nd place: 2 points * 3rd place: 1 point Games and groups will be swapping every 40 minutes. The top 4 scoring players will compete in a final mystery board game.
