**Let’s open the autumn gravel season this Sunday** For our first weekend excursion this Sunday, we're taking a beautiful, easy point-to-point ride through the forests of Brandenburg. We'll take a quick train up to Eberswalde and ride south through the Biesenthal Basin—including a scenic loop around Hellsee—before finishing right at the Bernau station. We’re gonna bike roughly 50km at a chill pace :) RSVP to save your spot! Lento goes to Potsdam - Gravel Cycling from Berlin to Potsdam 🍂🌳

🚲 **Lento to Potsdam — Bikes & Cheesecake** Fall is here, and the forests are beautiful! A little escape from Berlin! We'll meet at Brandenburger Tor around 9 AM and ride to Potsdam, taking the scenic route and stopping for lunch and a snack along the way. Once in Potsdam, there's a very good cheesecake spot waiting for us. Priorities, obviously. 🍰 For the way back, you've got two options: take the train back to Berlin or ride the full route back by bike. I'll probably cycle back, so feel free to join if you're up for the extra kilometres. As always with Lento, the route isn't set in stone. If you have any ideas, suggestions or feedback, they're more than welcome. This is a group ride, so let's shape it together! No racing, no pressure — just bikes, good company and cake. Der erste Treff der Laufgruppe Weissensee. Wir treffen uns um 17.30 Uhr am Eingang des Strandbads Weissensee. Wir laufen 3-5 Runden um den See, so gut wie die Dunkelheit es uns ermöglicht. Wer Lust hast noch mehr zu laufen, kann gerne noch durch die Nebenstraßen mit mir weiterziehen.

Bouldering Session

Have you always wanted to learn bouldering but never had the right company? Or are you an experienced boulderer who just wants to find boulder-buddies? If yes, this is the right event for you. We are going to meet inside "urban apes Basement Boulderstudio", close to S Anhalter Bahnhof, also not far from Potsdamer Platz. If you have never been there, you will need to sign up with them, which will take a bit of time. After that, **you can find us on the couches near the lockers (not in front of the reception), next to a red smiley**. When you enter the actual gym, enter the hall by turning left immediately - you are walking towards them. We will start warming up around 11:10, so everyone has enough time to arrive and get changed before that. ***\*\*\**** *Spots are limited, so please update your RSVP at least 24 hours in advance if you won't be joining. **NO-SHOWs ARE NOT COOL \*\*\**** We enter the gym at 11:00, if you are late, you will need to look for us inside. IMPORTANT: they only accept cards as a payment method. No cash. One day ticket will cost you 13,90 EUR (10,90 EUR if you are a student, free if Urban Sports Club). **What to bring: well, first of all, a good mood.** But you could also bring * climbing shoes if you have any. If not, you can rent them there, no worries. They cost 3,50 EUR. * a lock (for the locker). * chalk. You won't need that if you are a beginner. Renting is possible. * water. * extra clothes. Join our track sessions! 🏃‍♀️✨ As the tracks in Friedrichshain and Rehberge are not illuminated during the darker months, we’re moving our track sessions to Sportanlage Paul-Heyse-Straße. We’ll continue meeting once a week on Tuesdays at 18:30. Don’t worry if you’re new — track sessions are a great opportunity to get started and train together at your own pace. 💗 Please keep an eye out for further updates regarding the location and upcoming sessions.
