Rumor has it we're the largest team at the event. Be honest about your ability to participate BY ATTENDING this event you ACKNOWLEDGE and ACCEPT the following: 1. I ACKNOWLEDGE, agree, and represent that I understand the nature of bicycling activities and that I am qualified, in good health, and in proper physical condition to participate in such activity. I further acknowledge that the ride-out will be conducted over public pavements and facilities open to the public, and upon which the hazards of traveling are to be expected. I further agree and warrant that if, at any time, I believe conditions to be unsafe, I will immediately discontinue further participation. 2. I FULLY UNDERSTAND that (a) BICYCLING ACTIVITIES INVOLVE RISKS AND DANGERS OF SERIOUS BODILY INJURY, INCLUDING PERMANENT DISABILITY, PARALYSIS AND DEATH ("Risks"); (b) these Risks and dangers may be caused by my own actions or inactions, the actions or inactions of others participating in the ride-out, the conditions in which the ride-out takes place, or the negligence of others; (c) there may be OTHER RISKS AND SOCIAL AND ECONOMIC LOSSES either not known to me or not readily foreseeable at this time; and I FULLY ACCEPT AND ASSUME ALL SUCH RISKS AND ALL RESPONSIBILITY FOR LOSSES, COSTS, AND DAMAGES I may incur as a result of my participation; (d) I acknowledge that Brompton Bicycle, event organizers, ride leaders, and volunteers will not be liable for any accidents or damages through this ride-out. 3. [Sign up now](https://www.letsdothis.com/us/checkout/ticket?eventId=247556&). ## Standard (Adult & Youth) Standard registration for adults and youth costs $157.56 (including processing fees), $31 of which is a tax-deductible charitable donation to Bike New York to help fund our free bike education, advocacy, and community outreach programming. Standard registration includes: * Rider Identification Kit (helmet cover, bib & bike plate) – this is your key to enter and participate in the Tour * Snacks and entertainment at rest areas along the route * Fully supported route with additional water stops * Access to free bike repair along the route (labor is free; parts may cost extra) * Access to SAG (Support and Gear) vehicles * Entry to the Finish Festival on Staten Island * Special edition finisher medal **TEAMS NOTE**: If you want to ride with friends and family, we strongly recommend you create/join a team, so you’ll all be assigned to the same start wave. On April 25th, meet at Columbus Cicle (59th and Broadway) at 1:45pm to roll out at 2pm sharp. A car free area will run along Broadway from 46nd-17th st for Earth day. Stops will include Union square, the Oculus and will return our roll at Washington square park, (or union square 14th st if W.S.P. is too crowded). Bring water, snacks, music and of course the skates of your choosing. Let's go rollerblading! 🥳

Spring time Warm up bicycle ride along the Brooklyn waterfront to Coney Island and back. It is NOT a race!! ( rescheduled from April 12 to April 26 ) [https://connect.garmin.com/app/course/446523629](https://connect.garmin.com/app/course/446523629) mostly green path, aiming 14 miles mostly flat. When we reach Coney Island, we could get some hot dogs or some other food nearby. What to bring: * bicycle helmet * bicycle (duh! ) * bicycle lock- optional , but highly recommended * water bottles * first aid kit. Take the "R" train to the Bay Ridge train station in Brooklyn. We will meet up outside of the former Rite Aid pharmacy store. Rite Aid stores are closed nationwide. Also the R train Bay Ridge train station unfortunately does not have elevators. From there, we will bike to the bike path along the shore to Coney Island and back. Please check this meetup page often for more details. Cancels if the weather is raining, too foggy or too cold.
