It's a free event! Only rain can stop us! Dear Neverwinterers, it's time to do one of our most famous rides through NY, CT and MA via the Harlem Valley Trail. We will have numerous stops and possibly visit the lakes. This route has plenty of places where you can refill the water and it is very environmentally friendly. Half of the trail goes via a protected bicycle lane, where you will never see cars. There will be some small hills but most of the time it will be flat ground. Because everyone has their own cycling pace, we might split into groups at some point. May 16 (Saturday) Starts/Ends at: **6:30 AM at Grand Central Terminal** (at the middle of the hall, around Service desk) [https://goo.gl/maps/H6dDssrmuztGgQQXA](https://goo.gl/maps/H6dDssrmuztGgQQXA) or 10:05 AM at Wassaic train station (parking lot) [https://goo.gl/maps/6kWtXz2Q9P67Rbkx7](https://goo.gl/maps/6kWtXz2Q9P67Rbkx7) Map: [) Google map: [https://goo.gl/maps/F8NTDnRDR1ndcQGaA](https://goo.gl/maps/F8NTDnRDR1ndcQGaA) About 8 hours ride (average speed **12 miles/hr**) Total elevation: **2218ft** Road type: 100% paved Total distance: about 70 miles (please take this into consideration as this event is not for rookies) Some of us might drive directly to Wassaic, so ask in group if they have space for you and your bike. For the walkie-talkie lovers, we will use frequency: 462.6125 or 462.6375 (Channel 3 and 4) Our FB group: [https://www.facebook.com/groups/567293385132145](https://www.facebook.com/groups/567293385132145) Our meetup group: [https://meetu.ps/c/4ZjSr/LdM6k/d](https://meetu.ps/c/4ZjSr/LdM6k/d) Our WhatsApp group is: [https://chat.whatsapp.com/GlgGMqvMRt7I6OP0lRp6im](https://chat.whatsapp.com/GlgGMqvMRt7I6OP0lRp6im) **TG: [https://t.me/neverwinterfree](https://t.me/neverwinterfree)** Please apply via: Wechat: cozmo31 **IG: neverwinter_free_parties** LINE: cozmo31 [www.meetup.com/messages/?new_convo=true&member_id=286948809](http://www.meetup.com/messages/?new_convo=true&member_id=286948809) Disclaimer of liability: By participating in this activity you agree that organizers are not to be held responsible for any damages, injuries, or losses that may occur before, during or after the event.
