**Grunewald Leaf-Peeping Cruise: 30 km of Autumn Colors** Join us for a relaxed, autumn mountain bike ride through the heart of the Grunewald forest! We will meet at **S-Bahn Grunewald**, dive into the deep woods past Teufelssee, and trace the dirt roads along the beautiful blue Havel River. Expect stops to take photos and quietly enjoy the brilliant red and yellow canopy. We will wrap up our 3–4 hour cruise at **S-Bahn Nikolassee**. This is not for beginners. We take the smaller dirt trails with rocks and roots. Usually on a weekday there are few others on these trails. It might be raining. dress appropriately. Copy the link below for photos. Join our track sessions! 🏃‍♀️✨ As the tracks in Friedrichshain and Rehberge are not illuminated during the darker months, we’re moving our track sessions to the track at Sportanlage Paul-Heyse-Straße. We’ll continue meeting once a week on Tuesdays at 18:30. Don’t worry if you’re new — track sessions are a great opportunity to get started and train together at your own pace. 💗 Please keep an eye out for further updates regarding the location and upcoming sessions. Bouldering Session

Have you always wanted to learn bouldering but never had the right company? Or are you an experienced boulderer who just wants to find boulder-buddies? If yes, this is the right event for you. We are going to meet inside "urban apes Basement Boulderstudio", close to S Anhalter Bahnhof, also not far from Potsdamer Platz. If you have never been there, you will need to sign up with them, which will take a bit of time. After that, **you can find us on the couches near the lockers (not in front of the reception), next to a red smiley**. When you enter the actual gym, enter the hall by turning left immediately - you are walking towards them. We will start warming up around 11:10, so everyone has enough time to arrive and get changed before that. ***\*\*\**** *Spots are limited, so please update your RSVP at least 24 hours in advance if you won't be joining. **NO-SHOWs ARE NOT COOL \*\*\**** We enter the gym at 11:00, if you are late, you will need to look for us inside. IMPORTANT: they only accept cards as a payment method. No cash. One day ticket will cost you 13,90 EUR (10,90 EUR if you are a student, free if Urban Sports Club). **What to bring: well, first of all, a good mood.** But you could also bring * climbing shoes if you have any. Whether you've never exercised before or you're looking for a new challenge, this class is designed to help you build strength and confidence at your own pace. Hi, I'm Maroof 👋 I've been practicing calisthenics for over six years and one of the things I love most about it is that it brings people together. Watching people achieve movements they never thought possible, whether it's their first push-up, their first pull-up or their first handstand, is incredibly rewarding. What to expect Each session includes a guided warm-up, beginner-friendly strength exercises using your bodyweight, progressions for pushing, pulling, squatting and core strength, optional introductions to calisthenics skills as you progress and a fun team game at the end (with a small prize for the winners 😁) Every exercise has easier and harder variations so you can work at a level that suits you. There is no pressure to keep up with anyone else. Who is this for? ✅ Complete beginners ✅ Anyone wanting to get stronger using bodyweight exercises ✅ People looking for a friendly outdoor fitness community ✅ Anyone curious about calisthenics You do not need to be able to do a pull-up, push-up or any advanced movements before joining.
