**BCRG first Sunday of the month social ride** **What to Expect:** This is a monthly riding event that the organizers of BRCG created to socialize between the different groups and levels of the participants of this meetup. Every organizer shares the details of his ride below and you can attend signing up for the event and answering the name of the organizer you will go with. After the rides, all groups will meet for drinks. **Is This Ride for Me?** Before to sign up for a ride check the details of the route, elevation, km and speed level expected. While this ride is open to everyone, we ask that you are comfortable riding in groups, have a **road bike**, and **have done rides of similar distance and elevation** before. We welcome all newcomers but everyone is expected to be **self-sufficient**, therefore please bring not only your helmet, a spare inner tube, at least 1lt of water and a energy snack if you wish but also sync the route, bring phone and some cash. **Safety:** Beside wearing an helmet, proper shoes (not open shoes) and a road bike in good conditions **every rider is responsible of his own safety** and must respect the [spanish cyclist regulations](https://www.dgt.es/comunicacion/noticias/20-normas-que-todo-ciclista-debe-conocer/), ultimate safety starts and ends with everyone riding responsibly. Ride leaders will do their best to keep the group together, moving smoothly and safely at all times. We'll stop at red lights and obey traffic rules. **There's no commercial interest behind this event;** it's just a bunch of people sharing a fun day out. Looking forward to riding with you! **Group A Beginners** Organizer: **Alicia & Guy** Route link: [https://www.strava.com/routes/3451309873499715228](https://www.strava.com/routes/3451309873499715228) Elevation: 263 m Distance in km: 55 km Average Speed: 19 km/h Ave Time expected: 2:56 Starting time: 8:30 AM Starting point: [Granier Café, Port Badalona](https://maps.app.goo.gl/CpPZK2S6sZxpXM7b8) **Group B Slow Intermediate** Organizer: **Tiziana** Route link: [https://www.komoot.es/tour/2744196187](https://www.komoot.es/tour/2744196187) [https://www.strava.com/routes/3463218772171190704](https://www.strava.com/routes/3463218772171190704) Elevation: 743 Distance in km: 55 Average Speed: 18km/hr Time riding expected: 3hr 30min Starting time: 8:30AM Starting point: [Churreria outside Montgat train station](https://maps.app.goo.gl/m1NVwFgES5d1c96r6) **Group C Intermediate** Organizer: Jeremy Route link: [https://www.komoot.es/tour/2744196187](https://www.komoot.es/tour/2744196187) [https://www.strava.com/routes/3451284568033087444](https://www.strava.com/routes/3451284568033087444) Elevation: 765 Distance in km: 66 Average Speed: 21 km/h Time riding expected: 3hr half Starting time: 8:15 AM Starting point: [Hotel Arts](https://maps.app.goo.gl/gabuMSa4d5yQT1BG8) **There is no Group D Intermediate + this month**

Hola Barcelona! Come join us in playing the underrated game of Roundnet! What is Roundnet? Well, it's like volleyball... but different! Come see us at Bogatell Beach at 18:00 to play Spikeball. If you've never played, don't worry; your level does NOT matter. I encourage tidying up the area after our playtime. [🍃](https://emojipedia.org/leaf-fluttering-in-wind/) The point is to come meet people, swim, laugh and enjoy playing a new game! I would love to see this group continue growing to hold more meetups and host bigger tournaments! Also, we go for pizza or drinks after the games. 🍕 Message me if you want the exact location on the group chat: +971529156673
