FLINTA* 10k Run & Workout Insel der Jugend

This run is part of our preparation series for the Oberelber Dresden Race. The pace will be 6:30–7:30 min/km. Feel free to reach out if you’d like to join the trip. Run and workout with Francesca! 🥰 On 28.02, we‘ll meet at S-Bahn Plänterwald at 11 am and will run in the direction of Rummelsburger Ufer. It’s a 6k easy run with two short workout sessions along the way, so feel free to join, even if you’re new. Bei Kaffee/Tee und Kuchen sitzen wir in entspannter Runde zusammen und arbeiten an Strick-/Häkel- oder anderen Handarbeitsprojekten oder ähnlichem und kommen so auch gerne ins Gespräch. Alle sind herzlich willkommen (auch ohne Strickerfahrung!!). We will depart at 10:00 (sharp) and drive to a parking space near the lake. From there it is a 10 minute walk. I have to be back in town by 15:00. Note that the place is remote. There are no facilities. You have to bring everything you need. === WHAT TO BRING === • Swimming wear, towls, etc. • Water, drinks and food • Good mood • 5 Euros for fuel and parking fees === NO-SHOW POLICY === I enforce a zero-tolerance policy on no-shows and last-minute cancellations. Usually play on a pretty competitive level. Our football skills are average to good. To keep things fair and enjoyable for all, we follow a few simple rules: * **Show up at 07:45** so that you can get checked by the organiser * If you are not checked by the organiser then \*\*1 match penalty applies\*\*(being moved to waitlist) * **No studs** * If you show up with studs, then you wont be allowed to play * No dangerous tackling * If you get tackled, you need to call the foul * In case of handball only people close (1-2m) can call handball * Since we play 12v12, we have offsides (0-1m difference is still tolerated) * No penalties for handball in penalty box(no way of proving handball and please be fair) * In case of handball, the other teams goalkeeper gets the ball
