This run is part of our preparation series for the Oberelber Dresden Race. The pace will be 6:30–7:30 min/km. Feel free to reach out if you’d like to join the trip. Run and workout with Francesca! đŸ„° On 28.02, we‘ll meet at S-Bahn PlĂ€nterwald at 11 am and will run in the direction of Rummelsburger Ufer. It’s a 6k easy run with two short workout sessions along the way, so feel free to join, even if you’re new. Each workout will last about 10 minutes, with exercises adapted to suit every individual’s level. === THE TOUR === On Saturday I'll drive to Liepnitzsee for a swim and a short picknick on the lake. I have a car and I wouldn't mind some company. We will depart at 10:00 (sharp) and drive to a parking space near the lake. From there it is a 10 minute walk. I have to be back in town by 15:00. Note that the place is remote. There are no facilities. You have to bring everything you need. === WHAT TO BRING === ‱ Swimming wear, towls, etc. ‱ Water, drinks and food ‱ Good mood ‱ 5 Euros for fuel and parking fees === NO-SHOW POLICY === I enforce a zero-tolerance policy on no-shows and last-minute cancellations. If you RSVP and don't show up, you will be removed from the group. If your plans change, please cancel early enough to make your seat available for someone else.
