Located on Station Street in Fairfield, Narai Classic Thai Restaurant is a vibrant spot that perfectly blends tradition with innovation. Try their signature dishes like the special Thai noodle dish, red duck curry, and a delightful whole fish dish, all crafted with fresh ingredients. It's pretty reasonably priced in a great area. Why not come down and join us for some food and conversation. If you haven't been before, don't be shy. Still not sure? Why not check out their menu. https://www.canva.com/design/DAGzFmLIkS4/A7_q-xhXSs3zvhm5udmbeQ/view?utm_content=DAGzFmLIkS4&utm_campaign=designshare&utm_medium=link2&utm_source=uniquelinks&utlId=h6c983791ce#1 A $20 non refundable deposit is required for this event and will be refunded on the night. The deposit will be required 48 hours from RSVPing to the event or you will be moved removed from the event. Please make payment to the following account only if you are on the going list. Please note the new bank details. BSB 013125 Account 150808654 Please let me know once payment is made. PLEASE USE YOUR NAME AND VENUE AS YOUR REFERENCE. Please only RSVP to an event if you fully intend to show. Pulling out of a dinner or another booked event (with a venue) on the day is a kick in the teeth for both the venue and the organiser. I understand there are instances where this is unavoidable, but you are short changing the venue on the revenue they are reliant upon, especially when it comes to paying their staff. It may be too late to rebook those tables with other patrons. Not to mention the stress this puts the organisers under. Please be considerate.

A Melbourne institution: Dinner at Florentino

A Melbourne institution: Dinner at Florentino

Sat, May 30, 8:30 AM
From Fine Diners
4.8

Standing on Bourke Street for close to a century, Florentino has long been part of Melbourne’s dining life. It is a new era at Florentino with the team behind Nomad and Reine & La Rue now at the helm. To quote the website: ‘Long-time guests will recognise the dining room they know; new guests will encounter a restaurant shaped by memory, but firmly grounded in today. The new Florentino Dining Room menus draw on the room’s grand, old-world tradition, with thoughtful refinements made for dining now.’ Sounds good, right? I booked for 6 Fine Diners to enjoy the Menu Essenza at $200 per person for dinner from 6.30pm on Saturday 30 May. You can view the menu here: https://florentino.melbourne/wp-content/uploads/2026/02/Florentino-Dining-Room-Menus-17022026.pdf
Join the waitlist to express interest. Once I have names in the waitlist, I’ll send you a ‘Meetup Message’ to confirm you have a spot and how to pay. You’ll need to send me $100 to secure your place (equivalent to the cancellation fee - this will be deducted from your bill when we settle up). Once paid I’ll move you from the waitlist to going. Please check that you don’t have your settings blocking messages; if I can’t contact you I’ll have to move on to the next person. Also if you don’t respond to my message within 3 days, I’ll let you know that I’m offering the seat to the next person on the waitlist.
Thanks and I’m looking forward to experiencing this new chapter of Florentino with you!
