Spring Social: NY Powerteam + Impact Entrepreneurship at Pier 57

The right conversation in May can change what your second half of 2026 looks like. That's how Spring works. You plant now. The harvest shows up later. This is the NY Powerteam Spring Social, hosted at Pier 57 with the Impact Entrepreneurship community. It's a Saturday evening for founders, coaches, and growth-minded leaders who want a real conversation, not another card-swap. 🗓 Saturday, May 9, 2026 🕠 5:30 – 8:00 PM ET 📍 Pier 57, 25 11th Avenue (at West 15th Street), New York, NY 10011 🎟 Free to attend *** **Who shows up:** Founders. Real estate operators. Consultants. Personal development enthusiasts. Solo entrepreneurs and team leaders. The kind of room where someone you meet in the food line ends up being your next client, partner, or accountability call. **Why Saturday, why now:** Yeah, it's a Saturday evening. That's the point. The best people are off their phones. Not in transactional mode. Present. Spring is the planting season. New season. New rooms. New collaborators. The connection you make in May is the partnership you're building from by Q3. Not someday. Now. **Your host:** Joseph Varghese is the Organizer of the New York Powerteam and CEO of Success Circles. He's spent years building rooms where founders, visionary leaders, and business operators actually find each other, not just exchange cards. *** **How to find us:** Follow signs for "Market 57" and "Living Room." We'll be at the tables by the river-view windows. Sneak peek of the venue: [Pier 57](https://pier57nyc.com/). **👉 RSVP HERE** If you're local, come through. If your gut says yes, tap RSVP while you're thinking about it. Let's say it loud. 1-2-3 You Rock!

From Greenspeakers Toastmasters Club - Practice Public Speaking

New location! Meeting at Berkeley College, 3 E. 43 St. in room 402. They were nice enough to print signs last time so hopefully it will be very easy to for anyone entering the building. We are one of few Toastmasters clubs in NYC offering in-person meetings and we encourage you to take advantage of this opportunity for in-person communication and networking. Interested in improving your public speaking skills? Want to meet new people and engage in interesting discussions? Hoping to make new business and life connections? If so we welcome you to attend the next Greenspeakers meeting. Greenspeakers is a Toastmasters club that was founded by Green Party members to provide a forum for engaged progressive activists and professionals to improve their public speaking skills. Guests of all political persuasions are welcome and we have no official connection to any political party. All attendees will have a chance to practice public speaking and will learn helpful tricks to become a more confident public speaker and communicator. Hope to see you there! Please note that our meetings require active listening and it's expected all in attendance will be respectful to each speaker by giving them your attention and refrain from making noise during speaking roles. Any who are disruptive or do not follow the behavioral guidelines of Toastmasters may be asked not to return.
