**BBQ Sauces vs. BBQ Rub** **May 12, 7-8pm (Tuesday)** **Put your taste buds to work! In this interactive program, participants will try different BBQ sauces and rubs and then create their own BBQ rub with ingredients provided. Experiment with sweet, smoky, and spicy flavors and take home your finished blend to try with your friends and family. This program will be filled by lottery.This program is for Paramus residents over the age of 18. Registration begins on April 27. We’ll ride under the setting sun, soaking in golden hour views and the peaceful rhythm of the forest trails. Once the ride wraps, we’ll gather around a roaring fire for a well-earned feast, good company, and maybe even a few ghost stories. This adventure is perfect for riders of all experience levels, whether you’re totally new to horses or haven’t ridden since summer camp. Whether you're chasing adventure or just want a break from the city, this night under the stars is the perfect late-summer sendoff. Spots are limited.
