Free Museum Day (DIA BEACON) & Mt. Beacon Hike

We've arranged for a number of free tickets at DIA BEACON on the Hudson River https://www.diaart.org/visit/visit-our-locations-sites/dia-beacon-beacon-united-states Folks taking the train can take the 856 leaving Grand Central arriving 1028 following the Museum, we'll hop in ubers and/or folks that can drive to the Mt Beacon trail head across down and climb Mt Beacon. Maybe Hudson Valley Brewery afterwards? WEEK 247 of Tabletop Tuesdays \| Sunnyside Game Night is ON\! SANGER HALL THIS WEEK We will have plenty of games to choose from but always feel free to bring your own. We will be playing in the event space past the bar as you come into Sanger Hall. These days, from 6:00-6:30, the group typically eats and catches up until 6:30 sharp when the week's games are pitched to the group. We (and Sanger Hall) ask that anyone who comes to play makes a purchase of \~$15. They are a bar and gastropub. Come and join for a zone 2 training on Tuesday mornings! Zone 2 training is to maintain at 60-70% of your maximum heart rate. It has many benefits (just ask the Internet). Basically, we will jog at a speed where we can still talk. After the run, we can grab a cup of coffee and breakfast. Core Body Boot Camp

We do boot camp style exercises, so think pushups, situps, planks, squats, burpees, etc. There's a lot of smiles and laughing involved, too... (and the high fives will come back as we leave the COVID era behind!) Not sure how to do burpees? Pike jumps? Dragon Pushups? That's fine! We'll teach you. This is an awesome way to rock your body and get fit fast. We welcome all fitness levels! Even if you have not worked out in years we want you to join us. Working out with fun, encouraging people in a group setting is better than trying to do this all on your own. EVERYBODY IS WELCOME!
