Els amfitrions us donaran la benvinguda. Rebràs una enganxina per escriure-hi el teu nom i enganxar-te-la al pit; això ajuda a recordar els noms. També tindràs un **bolígraf i un full** exclusiu per a tu, on podràs escriure els noms de les teves cites i els teus comentaris personals. Al full hi podrà haver el número o la lletra de la taula on hauràs de començar l'activitat. Ves a la zona d'espera indicada pels organitzadors. Al final de l'esdeveniment és **molt important** escanejar el **primer QR** del teu full per emplenar el formulari amb: * nom * número de telèfon * Instagram * correu electrònic * **els tres noms** de les persones que més t'han agradat *(És una bona idea escriure tots els noms durant les cites i, al final, ratllar-los tots excepte els 3 que més t'hagin agradat.)* En aquest formulari també pots deixar-nos els teus comentaris per ajudar-nos a millorar l'esdeveniment. Mentre esperes, pots demanar una beguda, anar al lavabo i relaxar-te a la zona indicada. Demanem a les noies que arribin **15 minuts abans** per poder asseure-les abans que arribin els nois. Generalment organitzem dos o tres grups per franges d'edat, depenent del nombre de participants. Durant les rondes, un cambrer passarà per si necessiteu demanar alguna cosa. *** ### Activitat per trencar el gel Depenent del dia, fem una activitat per trencar el gel que consisteix a respondre una sèrie de preguntes en grup. Aquestes preguntes serveixen per conèixer una mica millor les diferents persones abans de començar les rondes de speed dating. ### Inici de les rondes Cada participant té una minicita de **7 minuts** amb una altra persona. A la taula trobaràs preguntes per trencar el gel que podràs utilitzar, si vols, per començar una bona conversa. ### Rotació Quan l'amfitrió doni el senyal (campana o gong), **els nois es mouen** a la taula següent. La rotació segueix sempre l'ordre dels números o les lletres que trobaràs a les diferents taules: A, B, C, D, E, F... o 1, 2, 3, 4, 5, 6... Quan s'arriba a l'última lletra, es torna a la primera. El mateix s'aplica als números. Els nois disposen de 30 segons per aixecar-se, canviar de taula i prendre notes; les noies romanen assegudes. ### Pausa No hi ha una pausa general, però si vols descansar durant una ronda de 7 minuts, pots demanar a l'amfitrió saltar-te una ronda per demanar una beguda o menjar, anar al lavabo o simplement relaxar-te. ### Final de les rondes En acabar, normalment ens reunim per prendre alguna cosa. Així pots continuar parlant amb la resta de participants i prendre la teva decisió final. ### Emplenar el full Indica els noms d'un **màxim de 3 persones** que t'agradaria tornar a veure. Escaneja el **primer QR** i emplena el formulari. Podríem permetre votar més persones, però aquí realment **busquem que hi hagi una espurna de veritat**, i per això el límit és d'un màxim de 3 noms. Teniu fins **dilluns a les 18 h** per votar. ### Resultats El **dimarts al matí**, l'organitzador enviarà els **matches mutus** de manera privada mitjançant un missatge de Meetup o per correu electrònic. Si us plau, reviseu també la carpeta de correu brossa (spam). Si tens un match, rebràs la **informació de contacte** d'aquesta persona. *** # Normes importants * És fonamental que al teu perfil hi tinguis **una foto clara de tu**. También tendrás un **bolígrafo y una hoja** exclusiva para ti donde escribirás los nombres de tus citas y tus comentarios personales. En la hoja podrás tener el número o letra de la mesa donde deberás iniciar el juego. Ves a la zona de espera indicada por los organizadores. Al final del evento es **muy importante** escanear el **primer QR** de tu hoja para rellenar el formulario con tu: * nombre * número de teléfono * Instagram * correo electrónico * **los tres nombres** de las personas que más te han gustado *(Es buena idea escribir todos los nombres durante las citas y al final tachar todos excepto los 3 que más te gusten.)* En ese formulario también puedes dejar tu feedback para mejorar el evento. Mientras esperas puedes pedir una bebida, ir al baño y relajarte en la zona indicada. Pedimos a las chicas que lleguen **15 minutos antes** para poder sentarlas antes de que lleguen los chicos. Generalmente organizamos dos o tres grupos por rangos de edad, dependiendo del número de participantes. Durante las rondas, un camarero pasará por si necesitáis pedir algo. *** ### **Actividad para romper el hielo** Dependiendo del día, hacemos una actividad para romper el hielo que consiste en contestar una serie de preguntas por grupos que sirven para conocer un poco más las diferentes personas antes de empezar las rondas de speed dating. ### **Inicio de rondas** Cada participante tiene una mini-cita de **7 minutos** con otra persona. Podrás encontrar preguntas para romper el hielo en la mesa que podrás usar si tu deseas para empezar una buena conversación. ### **Rotación** A la señal del anfitrión (campana o gong), **los chicos se mueven** a la siguiente mesa. La rotación es siempre siguiendo el orden de los números o letras que se encontrarán en las diferentes mesas: A,B,C,D,E,F... 1,2,3,4,5,6.... Al llegar a la última letra, se irá hacía la primera. Lo mismo aplica con los números. Los chicos se levantan 30 segundos para tomar notas; las chicas permanecen sentadas. ### **Pausa** No hay pausa general, pero si quieres descansar una ronda de 7 minutos, puedes pedir al anfitrión saltarte una ronda para pedir bebida, comida, ir al baño o relajarte en el jardín. ### **Fin de rondas** Al terminar, normalmente nos reunimos en el jardín para tomar algo. Así puedes seguir hablando y tomar tu decisión final. ### **Rellenar la hoja** Indica los nombres de **máximo 3 personas** que te gustaría volver a ver. Escanea el **primer QR** y rellena el formulario. Podríamos ampliar a más nombres pero aquí realmente **estamos buscando la chispa real**, por eso el límite es de 3 nombres máximo a votar. Tenéis hasta el lunes a las 18h para votar. ### **Resultados** El **martes por la mañana**, el organizador enviará los **matches mutuos** de forma privada por mensaje de Meetup o correo, por favor revisar la bandeja de SPAM. Si tienes un match, recibirás la **información de contacto** de esa persona. *** # **Normas importantes** * Es fundamental que en tu perfil tengas **una foto clara de ti**. Si no tienes foto, te moveremos a la lista de espera. * Aunque veas lista de espera, apúntate igualmente: ajustamos para mantener **equilibrio chicos/chicas**. * Si te inscribes y pagas pero no puedes venir, debes informarnos **48 horas antes del evento**. Monday March 20th we will be creating this fun paradise for pregnant moms and moms with newborns with the wonderful company of @arantxadoula and @feher_zsano to guide us with the best recommendations and support possible 💜💜💜. At 10:00 we start with a Pilates class for pregnant women at the price you set so you can try it! 🍲 Then we open a big group meeting so everyone can chat and get to know each other, but we'll also split into a Spanish-speaking group and an English-speaking group so you can get easily understandable advice and support from our doula in the language of your choice. There will be tea and light snacks for a reasonable price and optional mini-massages for a donation to help the body adapt during maternity. On the last Monday of every month we'll have a flea market and item exchange to help you clean out the cupboards or earn a few bucks for the baby related stuff you're ready to part with! March 27 is next! Once a month we will also have lunch after the group with different professionals who will delve into specific topics that interest us. After Easter, we will enjoy a workshop with nutritionist @carolinanutritionbaby : knowledgeable, endearing, fun, and with a ton of useful information! Aiming to prevent injury by strengthening those weak muscles and stretching those problem areas. This will be hugely beneficial to our runners all of whom who should do some strength and conditioning work at least once a week. By coming along to class you get to do this under the instruction of an experienced coach and in the company of your friends from running intervals. • Where is it? - The class takes place in Park Ciutadella. Anthony is an avid runner having participated in eight marathons and three ironman triathlons. • How much is it? - €10 a class however you can buy an unlimited class pass which will give you access to all PB:Running and PB:Training classes for the calendar month for €40. • Anything else? - Before you attend your very first class with me, you will be required to fill out a par-q which you can complete here.
