While we do enjoy deeper conversations, this meetup is meant to stay casual and uplifting. It’s not a structured support group or group therapy, and we’re not expecting anyone to share anything heavy or deeply personal. If it’s your first time at a coffee meetup, you can absolutely keep it simple—come say hi, jump into a light social game, and ease into the conversation at your own pace.
